About Rachel

I'd describe my personality as goofy, serious, and protective. I am goofy cause I love to make kids laugh because that's what they love to do! I like to have fun and let them enjoy themselves. On the other hand I am also serious and protective at times, I know when it is time to stop being goofy wether that be for the children's safety or what. I like working with kids because no matter what they do I always end up having a smile on my face at the end of the day. That can range from running around and laughing with them, to even coming to a resolution with them after a tantrum. I enjoy resolving situations with kids after outburst, tantrums, or even just minor frustrations because not only does it help the children learn to redirect and control their emotions, but I also helps me gain the skills in communicating better with children and finding ways to calm them and help teach to calm themselves.
