We loved having Rachel take care of our son (5 mo)! She was very communicative over text and quickly responded to any questions we had throughout the hiring process and when our son was in her care. She provided pictures and updates during the day and it made me feel safe as a mom to know another mom with expert childcare experience was taking care of my baby. She also did little baby age appropriate activities and did stories each day (we got a handwritten report so we knew how the day went). Finally, as she took care of our son alongside her own kiddos, our son got some great socialization!
