Rachel took care of our son several days a week for over a year starting when he was just a couple of months old. She is very sweet to him, trustworthy, and a pleasant and respectful person to be around. She also took care of our school-aged daughter occasionally when needed, and it is obvious that she loves kids of all ages. She is very organized and was always cleaning and straightening things which was a big help for our busy family!
