I hired her for a recurring job on early Monday mornings from 2am to 8am. We texted and worked out details. I had her visit my house on Saturday to meet my children and ask any questions. I leave for work at 2:00am. Her first day, she never showed up. Didn't answer any calls, any texts, any messages left on Care.com. I left voice mails. I waited all day Monday to hear from her.... for any type of explanation. Never heard one thing from her. I understand if something came up or there was some emergency, but a responsible caregiver would reach out and communicate. When I tried to leave a message just now on Care.com, I was informed that she blocked me. What the heck!? She was a "No-show" and I almost lost my job because of this girl.
