Rachel worked with us full time for seven months, beginning when our son was about 3 months old. She is very knowledgeable and experienced, we learned a lot from her. She was caring, helpful, and accommodating to our weird schedules. Most importantly, you could see how much our son loved her when she walked in the room. We were very sorry that she had to leave due to personal reasons, if we were looking for someone we would hire her in a heartbeat.
