About Rachael

Nursing is my passion. I'm licensed in the state of Hawaii and hold a Master's degree in Nursing. I currently work as a home hospice case manager and love my job! I enjoy spending time with my patients and their families, teaching them how to care for their loved ones at home and providing supportive nursing care to an array of patients. I see the value of caring for our own in the comfort of their own home and hope to help other families accomplish the same. Skilled care I can provide includes wound care, assistance with activities of daily living, tube feeding, trach care, range of motion and endurance, medication management, dementia care, post surgical care, assistance w/prescribed physical therapy, respite care, etc. Available outside of M-F 8-5 to provide care in evenings, overnights, and weekends.
