Rachael has so much fun teaching and interacting with children! Children are drawn to her presence because of her personality! She is bubbly, friendly and fun to be around! She is also an educator who never stops learning new ways to help children reach their highest potential. While she has high expectations, she also is able to recognize what is developmentally appropriate for each child. Rachael is able to work with each child to meet their individual needs for success because of her careful understanding and consideration for their strengths and opportunities to grow!
