About Rachael

I'd describe my personality as fun, energetic and very outgoing. I like working with kids because I think it is important to me that I set a good example for the children who look up to me. My favorite perk of working with kids is watching them grow over time, and learning new things. It is very rewarding knowing that I have made an impact on a child's life by setting a good example of who they want to be. I started working with kids when I was about 15 years old. I have been a gymnast my whole life, and I have always wanted to be a coach at the gym that I have grown up spending most of my time at. Once I started working as a coach, I discovered that working with kids was something I excelled at and enjoyed. I have been working with kids ever since, and plan on continuing to during and after college. My skills include communication, patience and empathy.
