From being a babysitter to coaching volleyball, working in various preschools, being a camp counselor, and being a live-in-nanny. I absolutely adore children and love to watch them learn about the world and grow into incredible human beings. I believe that we adults can learn so much from children while they are learning so much from us. I am very passionate about helping children regulate emotions and find the best ways to resolve conflict through communication, I believe that practicing this at a young age can be extremely beneficial for a child's future. Rachael has been amazing. We live in Costa Rica and Rachael is from California, but had been temporarily living in Costa Rica prior to when we found each other. We have 3 high maintenance boys (ages 3, 5, & 6) and she handles them with ease, even when major conflicts amongst them happen (which is frequently). Rachael traveled with us to the U.K., France, Switzerland, and the Monteverde Cloud Forest in Costa Rica for the summer with the boys, and it was amazing. Without her help we could have never taken this kind of summer vacation with the boys. And, her conflict resolution abilities are excellent.
