About Peter

I can not recommend Peter highly enough. We initially hired Peter to support my 96-year-old grandfather’s rehabilitation following discharge from the hospital for an infection, but my grandfather made it clear that he did not want rehab and instead was ready to enter into hospice and to pass away at home, which was a hard experience for my family, and of course meant that a different type of support was needed than what we originally reached out to Peter for. Peter however was incredibly gracious and understanding, and provided companionship and support to my grandfather as he went through a quick hospice period that culminated in his passing about 2 weeks later. Peter was comforting and gentle in helping dress and change and sit with my grandfather as he lied in bed, supported my grandmother (who lived with him) in her household tasks, and was a constant for myself and my mother during an emotionally challenging time. I really appreciate all that he did, and I know my grandfather appreciated his presence too.
