About Peter

Hello! I have been assisting Seniors for over 20 years to live independently by helping with all aspects of their personal care as well as meal planning and doing housecleaning, food shopping, trips to medical appointments, hairdressers and picking up prescriptions. There is nothing to big or to small that I can't do. I create a wonderful relationship with my clients. During my time with them, I encourage some form of activities such as playing cards, story telling, keeping up with current events, exercise, board games and puzzles. I make my time with them rewarding and fun. I create a clean and organized environment that works for me and the client. I understand the fears of what our elders feel. I can ease my way in to a lasting relationship with them. Trust is a very big part of being a home care provider. I allow the client to do as they wish as long as it is safe. If there are requests from family members to do something that the client is not interested in, I encourage the client that this request is good for them and that they will feel so much better when it's done, (bathing or walking exercises).
