I like to be able to help meet people's needs in a respectful and healthy way and to enable seniors or people with disabilities to live in their home safely and as independently as possible. I have been a licensed nurse (RN) since 1992 and have experience working in a hospital, school, assisted living facility (in education and training), and in home health care. I am a caring and compassionate person who pays attention to details and takes the initiative with work and responsibilities. I am interested in part-time work that I can fit around my schedule. During the school year (if I have foster children in my home) that would usually mean starting no earlier than 8:30 to 9:00 a.m. and ending by no later than 2:30 to 3:00 p.m. on most weekdays (but 5:00 p.m. at the latest). Most weekends, especially Sundays, would not work for me. I did say that I am comfortable with pets or that I can help with pets, but an exception is to cats because I am allergic to them.
