About Penny

I am a mother of four sons and have a beautiful granddaughter who recently celebrated her eleventh birthday. I am a non-smoker. In the past, I have cared for a family of four children, ages 6, 4, 2 and 1 and most recently have helped a family with two children ages 5 and 13. In my employment history, I have done light housekeeping, laundry, ironing, errands, cooking, pet care, yard work, etc. Whatever the family needs, I am more than glad to help out. Antiquing, relaxing at Barnes and Noble, painting, re-purposing, and decorating are some of my favorite pastimes. I especially enjoy the period with children from 1 to 5 because that is when they seem to become their own little person and so many important things take place. When our boys were little, we read all the time and each of the boys excelled in school because of reading. The effort that you put into them in the beginning years is the reward you will experience throughout their life.
