She is very sweet but needed some direction with the kids before she became comfortable with them. I was with her most of the time and she did help me a lot and when I asked her to take care of something, she did without question. She is very even toned and looked the kids in the eyes when she spoke to them which I appreciated. She was very knowledgeable about the city which was also a huge plus. What I like most about her is her kindness - I would love to have her watch the kids again when we are back in Chicago (neither one of them wanted her to leave and both gave her HUGE hugs when it was time for her to go). Grade = A
