I'd describe my personality as kind, calm, and hard-working. As a caregiver I gain personal satisfaction from knowing that the comfort and care I provide enriches the lives of the people around me. I'm looking for a job that provides a challenge and where I can provide a needed service to someone. I started caring for seniors when I worked as a Orthotist / Prosthetist. I made orthopedic braces and prosthetic limbs. I enjoy working with seniors the most. I have provided healthcare services to patients in nursing homes, doctor's offices, and in the hospitals. In my spare time, I like to play the guitar, garden, cook, read, and play video games with my son. One thing you should know about me is I keep my dealings with my clients confidential and I make it a point to stay in close contact with the family to advise of any changes in those with whom I work. My skills include time management, teamwork, adaptability, active listening and excellent written and oral communication.
