Paola is a dedicated, intelligent and thoughtful nanny who helped us for the last six months. She showed up on time to pick up our kids from the bus each day for between one and five days a week. She made extra efforts to encourage the kids to do their homework, practice their hobbies, and read each day before they could have screen time. She developed a great relationship with our daughter and was able to motivate our son, neither of which are easy feats. I highly recommend Paola and know that for any family she would be a huge help.
