About Pamela

I'd describe my personality as fun, energetic and compassionate. I like working with kids because watching them grow and succeed is so rewarding. I love seeing them meet their milestones, and surpass expectations. I started working with kids when I was a kid myself. It began with a nanny job when I was 14, and evolved into a daycare job at 17. At 19 I began working with special needs children and have been ever since. In my spare time, I like to read, paint and hike. My skills include the ability to care for multiple children at once, the drive to encourage children to be confident in reaching new goals, and the desire to make a positive impact in other's lives.
