Pam looked after my father who has dementia, very limited mobility and very few communication skills. I think she worked with him over 20 hours a week and I would recommend her highly and without reservation for working with elderly. She was patient, friendly, positive and very capable. He summers up north and I wish we had a Pamela up north, because we're really missing her. You definitely want to hire her while she's available!
