Pam is an excellent caregiver with good skills. She worked a lot of hours and helped cover hours since we were short handed. Pam has a pleasant personality and was very kind to my parents. However, she quit without notice on a day that she was scheduled to work leaving two elderly people who cannot be left alone without coverage. It was unexpected and very disappointing as we felt Pam was more professional than she proved to be. Clearly undependable for leaving us in this situation and not giving proper notice.
