Actively engaging students in a positive learning experience. Creating strong bonds with families, I work to provide strategies and techniques to improve the learning experience for all. Gaining support from the home helps maintain a consistency of expectations between classroom and home. I understand they will experience challenges and see my role as a guide; supporting critical thinking, gaining knowledge and understanding of the world around them they mature into active members of society.
