About Olivia

I have known Olivia for 3 years. She watched my first child at his daycare while he was in the baby and toddler room. He was loved by his teachers and was taught many things, including sign language. Olivia particularly like creating structure for the kids and did circle time with them daily. He is now 3 and can read and do simple math. She would also occasionally babysit for me and had activities lined up for him. And when the pandemic hit, and I was pregnant and working, she became our full-time nanny. She did not skip a beat, and continued to teach my son many things. Olivia is very loving and warm to the kids, but also creates structure for them. She will be honest on how the kids acted and will give pointers in improvement, which I truly appreciate to know what happened during the day. She is very knowledgeable about child development, safety conscious, genuinely loves kids, patient, dependable, and a great communicator. We miss her terribly!
