I hired Olivia mid November 2023. Everything seemed OK and she was paid on time. Last Friday Dec. 22nd, she came to work just like any other day. She seemed stressed as she walked into the door. It was payday Friday and I handed her check as she walked into the door. I was about to leave for work and she asked me if it was OK to go back in her car to keep the check so she doesn't misplace it. It was strange because she never did this before but I said fine. She always put her check in her bag after being paid and didn't have to go to her car. Guess what? Olivia went to her car and drove off. A moment later, we noticed her car was not in the driveway. I called several times but she didn't answer. So I couldn't go to work and at the same time confused as to what just happened. We never had any disagreement to the best of my knowledge. I am not sure why she acted the way she did and I think this calls for some serious concerns for anyone to hire her. Please don't put your family at risk.
