Hello! My name is Olivia and I am currently a senior at the University of Dayton studying early childhood education. I have been a pet sitter for 6+ years now and I have taken care of everything from your simple dog and cat all the way to ferrets, birds, and rabbits! I have experience with animals that have medical needs that require medication, as well as special diets and specific feeding schedules. I am happy to walk your dog while you're away, interact with them and their favorite toy, and I am always prompt with daily updates to assure you your pet is in good hands! It can be hard to trust a stranger with your animal that is more like a member of the family, so I try to give you as much ease of mind as possible with pictures, messages, and detailed health updates. First, l would like to say that initially, Olivia really came through for me at the last minute & was a blessing. There was a lot going on with my fur kids & she went above & beyond to take care of them. I was so grateful I paid for a few extra days as a bonus & bought a small gift for her. I hired her again 2 months later for a longer period of time & gave her another bonus. She didn't do everything to my liking but I am excessively picky & asked for a lot. However, I liked her & her work. I was shocked & disappointed when I tried to hire her again for a short getaway & she chose to "ghost" me. I sent several texts, one email, and a few messages through Care. She has ignored each one. I am frustrated. While it is certainly an individual's prerogative to take jobs of their choosing, it is not acceptable to ignore multiple requests to return an employer's house key. This is immature and calls into question her reliability, integrity & her trustworthiness.
