About Olivia

Hello! My name is Olivia, and I am starting an OTD Occupational Therapy Doctorate program at RUSH University in Chicago this fall. I recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor's of Science in Rehabilitation Psychology. As for my experience caring for children, I have plenty. I was a summer nanny for multiple years in high school, served as a teaching assistant for an art class at a summer school program, and more recently, provided respite care for children with disabilities. Before moving to Evanston, I worked part-time for a year while still being a student as a caregiver for a 44-year-old woman with an anoxic brain injury. Aside from being a student or working, I am a musician. I spent four years in the University of Wisconsin-Marching Band as a trumpet player, although my primary instrument is actually the clarinet!
