We hired Olivia to care for an infant and a toddler full-time, and she was amazing. She has a complete skill set for all ages and was just as comfortable bottle feeding the infant as she was working on creative arts and crafts projects with the toddler. And while she has all of the necessary qualifications, she also shines in soft skills. She immediately integrated with the family and never felt like a stranger in our house. She also formed a close bond with our children, both of whom absolutely adored her. Lastly, she's an excellent communicator, and we always felt like we were on the same page and able to trust her completely. We miss her dearly and cannot recommend her enough!
