About Nunu

Hello! My name is Nunu, and I am interested in a job as a caregiver for the elderly. It is something I have a great deal of experience with, which over the years has included disabilities that I am comfortable accommodating. For example, I worked for someone that suffered from Alzheimer's for five years, and I also have experience with shadowing and constant supervision (in order to prevent injury and immediately ease any discomfort). Meal preparation and housekeeping are a non-issue, and I consider it a part of taking care of another person. I take the job seriously, and give my full attention to the work. At the same time, I enjoy working with the elderly as a stand-in for family members who cannot be there full time, and believe deeply in personalized care rather than aloof and sporadic visits from nurses. The element of companionship is often underestimated, and I think that replacing loneliness with laughter and familiarity can even make a difference in a person's health
