About Nora

My senior care giving experience has focused on clients with mobility challenges and/or dementia. As a caregiver for Senior Helpers, I transported clients, performed cooking and light housekeeping duties, assisted with mobility exercises and provided companionship. Since 2015 I have worked independently -- in home or in a care facility -- as a private caregiver for one or more families with a loved one experiencing dementia. I spend the summers in northern Michigan and work for Comfort Keepers there. As a yoga teacher since 2008, I understand mobility issues. I've taught chair, gentle and yoga for arthritis to a senior population. I am also a trained end-of-life doula.
