I have 14 years experience working at memory care. I help my residents for ADL like transferring, bathing, dressing, toileting, shower, feeding, check vitals, meds prep. using sit stand / hoyer lift if Residents couldn't get up. I also working at Edward hospital for 3 years at Cardiac unit as PATIENT. CARE TECHNICIAN. Same task what I did in the memory. Additionally I do prep for heart surgery procedure, EKG, bladder scan, folley care, chest tube, NG tube . Im doing patient admission and discharge. More task on the hospital and more learning everyday , different cases of Patients everyday. I am the primary preceptor for the new hires and I'm the PCT committee. I can say I'm a well trained taking care of people specially elderly.
