About Nina

Hello, My name is Nina and I am here to help you and your student! I have over 10 years of experience in education with both elementary and middle school students of all academic levels. I can tutor all subjects for grades K-8 and can also provide tutoring in Algebra 1. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with ESL students and providing accommodations for students with IEPs. In my tutoring sessions, I focus on increasing the student's comprehension for a particular subject, strengthening background knowledge, and building their self-confidence in their academic abilities. All sessions are individualized for each student's specific academic needs and personal learning style. I look forward to working with your student and learning more about how I can help!
