About Nikki

I'd describe my personality as motivated, helper, and focused. I like working with kids because they're so innocent and so creative. I'm looking for a job that will help a family minimize their stress. I started working with kids when I was a nanny for a special needs child. I also worked at Johnston County Public school as a special education teacher assistant. I also did a lot of volunteer work with camps, church nursery, and babysitting. In my spare time, I like to take photographs and journal. One thing you should know about me is I am deaf. I can read lips very well. I am fluent in American Sign Language and if it's ok with you- I will teach your family member sign language. My skills include helping them to meet their goals, keep the environment clean, and communicative.
