I have experience with special education and children who have behavioral disabilities. I've learned to help and understand them within my family and through the students I have worked with during voluntary time in and out of schools; also through experiences when I have worked in other child care facilities. With my ability to connect, understand, and enjoy the company of children I believe I will bring a valuable experience of education and creativity to your kids. Observation, inspiration, and determination are what motivate me for success. My heart and mind began to change when I first considered becoming a childcare provider for children with special needs, especially because my younger brother is on the spectrum. When I finally started searching for jobs that had to do with children I was able to connect and find jobs that flamed my desire for change and growth for kids in need!
