Hello, just to briefly describe my experience I have been working in assisted living homes and one on one care since I was 17 (my first job) as a Dietary Aide. Few years later I moved on to becoming and RA (resident Aide) and assisted residents with everyday tasks. My heart was drawn to those with dementia and Alzheimer and worked a for a year specifically in the memory care unit. After that I became a MA (Medication Aide) and distributed medications and eventually became the Lead MA of my shift
