Nicole is a very competent caregiver. She cared for my father-in-law who suffered from Alzheimer's. She was always respectful, loving, patient, and kind to him and the whole family. She has a kind charm to her and a wonderful, calming personality. She was the perfect person for our family and I would highly recommend her. She was knowledgeable and communicated well with the family about his condition and guided us through the difficult process as the disease progressed. She was there through it all, loyal, dedicated, patient, and caring, and always kept his dignity in tack and protected him all the time from falling, injuring himself, etc.
