Nikki is an easy going and dependable person. Our "routine" wasn't always so routine, but Nikki rolled with it, and communicated well with us. She took the kids on little adventures of her own idea, which was great to not have to plan ourselves. We were so sorry to have her graduate and not be able to stay on with us for a longer time.
