Nicole took care of my cat, Murray, for several days and did a fantastic job! She interviewed with me, at no cost, before the job began to get to know Murray and me. She took fabulous notes during the interview and sent an email recapping what she learned in our meeting and outlining what she understood would be expected for his care. She visited him every day while I was away per our agreement and always sent me a text and a picture of Murray when she arrived. Afterward, she followed up with an email to tell me how he was doing and how they spent their time. She always included many pictures. She didn't just come in and feed him and leave, but groomed him, played with him, and sat with him. She was fantastic and if I need help with Murray, again, she would be the first one I would call. I could tell when she interviewed with me that she has a real gift with animals. Murray absolutely loved her and I had peace of mind that Murray was receiving excellent care!
