I have had Nicole watch our children in a pinch. She has also house and dog sit while we were on vacations. I have observed her as a nanny as a friend through the eyes of a mom and she is very involved with the children and loves them as her own! If I could meet her hourly requirement, I would definitely hire Nicole. Anyone who has her as a nanny would be lucky.
