Unfortunately, this young lady was extremely unreliable. She was to come on a Tuesday and did not call or show. When questioned she stated something came up with school. I gave her a second chance. She showed up the following day but was driven and she was distracted by her phone as her family member sat in the car. We talked about her coming on Saturday and again she was a no show. It’s very unfortunate as she was nice. Hopefully she will find her way and understand that work ethic, commitment, communication and punctuality are key to any job. I would not recommend her services at this time.
