Nikki was a dream come true for our family! We call her the baby whisperer because she is THAT good with our daughter! She nannied for us for about six months and cared for our 12 month old and our friend's 8 month old at the same time in our home. Both babies love her! She is so incredibly mature, responsible, dependable, and kind matured. She kept both girls on their nap and feeding schedules, read to them, played with them, took them on walks in the neighborhood, and took them on parent approved outings (story time, Pet store). She has been super flexible, accommodating, and respectful of our wishes as parents (I.e. using cloth diapers, encouraging sign language, supporting us as breastfeeding moms, etc.). Nikki is a natural with babies and an incredibly competent care giver. She even dog sat for us when needed and was great with our golden retriever (took her on walks, administered medicines, etc). We will miss her SO much-she has become a part of our family! I HIGHLY recommend her!!
