About Nicole

I'd describe my personality as positive, understanding, and fun. I like working with kids because I am great at helping develop common problem solving skills using communication to help understanding them and who they are individually. I am very nurturing and outgoing. I started working with kids when I was first out of high school in 2005. I worked in the infant room when I first started. Then advanced to being trained as a lead for all ages. Including potty training! I have since worked in other careers while still maintaining working with children and traveling as a nanny with select families as needed. My spare time I enjoy being with family, volunteer for the HLSR, and travel. I enjoy all kinds of music and movies! I love sports too! One thing you should know about me is I like structure and cleanliness. I try to keep these things fun for kids so they can also learn these things are good qualities. My skills include safety/health, communication , and positivity.
