What a gift to our family! Nicole was everything we hoped for and more. She is skilled, dependable and kind. She always knew what was needed and was ready to do whatever we asked of her. When our mother's needs changed and we no longer needed assistance, Nicole kept in touch with her, making mom feel like she was more than a job to Nicole.
