Nicole is caring, professional, and punctual. When my children are in her care I have no worries. She connects with me before picking up my children ages 4 and 11, she sends me photos to confirm that she has picked them up, and she has an itinerary for them upon being picked up which includes, homework, snack, and activities. I would give her a 10 outta 5!
