I have experience in nannying newborns to adult age, Special needs care, pet sitting, house sitting, housework, feeding and cleaning up after children, helping with school work, tutoring school age, willing to run errands, drop offs and pick ups. Nichole worked with our family for 6 Months. She started when my daughter was 6 Months old. She is incredibly reliable, communicative, and trustworthy. Not one day did Nichole show up any later than 10 minutes early. She was very good with our daughter and I felt completely at ease with her while I was traveling for work or at the office. Nichole's top quality is her ability to receive and give feedback. Communication is so incredibly important with a Nanny and Nichole is honest and open. You can give her constructive feedback and she will listen. She also will give feedback on what makes for the best scenario for baby. Ultimately my husband was unfortunately laid off and we decided that he would stay home with our daughter until we were ready for daycare so we had to part ways with Nichole.
