I attended a two year leadership program in LA, known as the Los Angeles Dream Center Leadership School, helping the homeless and less fortunate back in 2014. My duties were to supervise and over see kids of all ages. Before attending the program I was exposed to working with children in my church's nursery in 2009 and worked my way up to babysitting in 2010. When I was done with my program in 2016, I moved on to full time nannying/family assistant. I really enjoy being around children and watching them grow, it would be an honor to be a part of that. Natasha is amazing. She works hard at everything she does. She is super talented, creative and has a gift in working with children. How do I know this? She worked in my non-profit ministry. She assisted in our outreaches that reaches on average a 1,000 kids per month. She would take care of kids from infant to teenager. At our church she managed the Nursery 2-3 times a week. She would have up to 15 babies under the age of 1! She also had a team of adults helping her. But she managed the adults and was responsible for the well being of the babies. And she did a wonderful job!
