About Natasha

I am passionate about helping students "unlock the code" and become confident readers who grow in their love and desire to read. With over seven years of teaching experience in a variety of grades (1st, 3rd, 5th, and 7th), I have experience helping students with a wide variety of reading challenges and strengths. I've trained and coached other teachers in reading and writing instruction while serving as a literacy coach and lead teacher. I enjoy staying up to date on the latest research and best practices in reading instruction and apply this knowledge to customize instruction for each individual student. I am a certified K-9th grade teacher with endorsement in Social Studies and Language Arts. I also hold a reading specialist certification.
