Highly recommend Nataly. She is professional, punctual, and she truly engages with our kids (she doesn't just do it for show). She supports with homework help, she gives detailed reports post-babysitting, and she instills some really strong values that align with ours as a family. She has strong communication skills and is open to feedback. She is so popular with my kids' friends that they are trying to push us and their parents to go out on date nights so they can babysit them!
