When I first met Natalie there were a ton of positives! She was very personable, flexible, talkative, friendly, and fun. My child was also very happy with Natalie and was excited to work with her. Soon after starting, things definitely started to change. A HIPAA violation did occur while she was working with my family. Shared / released personal information with friends. (She was working through a healthcare company that supported my child's care services). Natalie was on time, when she did come! Natalie picked up a full-time schedule to work with my family, long term, which met that we turned down other care workers and opportunities; and she ended up not being able to fulfill the schedule she agreed too. She agreed to work roughly 25-32 hour schedule weekly and shortly after picking it up, she was only about to fulfill one(sometimes two) days a week for roughly three hours at a time. Transportation became an issue; was not reliable or didn't have transportation at all. I did try to work with her but that became hard to do as well. Double, triple, quadruple check and ask LOTS of questions!
