Would absolutely not recommend Natalie for any family. We hired her to watch our children two days a week and she came consistently for about a month. One day, she simply didn't show up without giving us a call or text. She contacted us later letting us know she was sick and would be coming the following week. Again, she told us she was sick and would come the following scheduled day. She did not show up and has NEVER reached back out to us to explain her reasoning. Simply ghosted us without a reason. VERY unprofessional and not trustworthy. Would not recommend hiring Natalie.
