I am CPR certified and have been trained in first aid. But most importantly I am a caring and hardworking individual who wants to help you and your children lead a better life. We hired Natalie to watch our then 2 year old son while I worked from home upstairs. Natalie was amazing at calming my son who was (post-COVID) not used to leaving my side. She was able to confidently and assuredly distract him so that I could go upstairs to get work done. She spent lots of time outside with him, did lots of arts & crafts projects and even started helping him with speech (he wasn't talking yet at the beginning) and eventually learning letters. She also watched my daughter on the occasional days she was home from school. I knew Natalie had everything covered while I was "away" and would highly recommend her to others!
