About Natalie

I started babysitting at the age of 14, after completing a babysitting and CPR certification course. I babysat frequently for young children throughout high school. I also worked as a summer camp counselor starting when I was 16. I first worked at an arts day camp in Massachusetts, called Charles River Creative Arts Program, where I worked with kids aged 8-15. My most significant work with kids started in 2015, during my first year of work as a summer camp counselor at an all-boys overnight camp in central Maine, called Pine Island Camp. I have worked there for four consecutive summers, teaching outdoor skills such as canoeing, backpacking, and basic wilderness first aid to boys ages 9-15. I was responsible for campers' safety while at camp during activities, but also on multi-day backpacking and canoeing trips in the backcountry without cell phone service.
