I did a phone interview with Natalia and loved her so I gave her the position of caring for my daughter 2 days a week. I reached out to Natalia the night before her first day saying how excited we were to meet her and provided my husbands number to be contacted in the morning to let our dogs out so they did not wake our child. I got no response but assumed she was busy so I didn't panic. until my husband calls me at the hospital and says Natalia never showed and he had to leave for work. I had to take a point at work and leave early on her behalf. Very disappointing.
